    Margie Surber, of Sidney was selected the Cheyenne County Art Guild's "Artist of the Month" for May. While Surber has had no formal art education, she has taken various workshops over the years from Jan Pippit, Paul Adkinson, Patsy Smith and Judy McElroy to name a few. "I enjoy playing with colors, which is from my years as a florist," said Surber. "A lot of art principles are used such as line, design and color."     A man alleged to have been behind the wheel of a vehicle that led Nebraska State Troopers and Cheyenne County Deputies on a 25-minute pursuit near Sidney earlier this year was arraigned on three felony charges this week. Bryan Red Bear, 28, of Sidney was formally charged with driving under the influence of alcoholic liquor causing serious bodily injury, second degree assault and operating a motor vehicle to avoid arrest.     Under cloudy skies with misty air and an occassional steady rain, the Creek Valley Storm held its annual Invite at the Chappell Golf Club with nine teams attending. The Storm finished in the middle of the pack with 384 strokes, which placed them fifth.
