    A Sidney Police Officer was treated and released at Sidney Regional Medical Center following a two-car accident Tuesday, May 7.     Cheyenne County deputies and Sidney police responded to a report of a self-inflicted gunshot victim in the 2200 block of Cheyenne County Road 113 at about 5:22 p.m. May 7. Upon arriving, deputies found a man lying on the floor in a pool of blood. According to the search warrant, sheriff’s officers observed what appears to be an SKS rifle on the kitchen table.
