    Legion Park pond is officially stocked with 460 fish for Saturday's Kid fishing day sponsored by Cabela's. Brian Hahle was on site from Pleasant Valley Fish farms. Hahle said Pleasant Valley has delivered fish for the Fishing day for more then 35 years.     Sidney's 13th Annual Gold Rush Days gets underway Friday in Legion Park. The events planned will bring people of all ages a blast from the past. In 1874, when gold was discovered in the Black Hills, Sidney and its railroad were considered the shortest transportation link to Deadwood, S.D.     Sidney Regional Medical Center (SRMC) recently matched funds raised by children who attend Kids Korner Daycare & Learning Korner Preschool to donate to the Cheyenne County Safe Kids car seat program. Children gathered their pennies, dimes and nickels, along with other donations over the course of two weeks to raise money.
