    Levi Hallett, 27, formerly of Sidney, was sentenced last week in the U.S. District Court-District of Nebraska. He was sentenced to the Bureau of Prisons for a term of 27 years of imprisonment, followed by 15 years of supervised release with special conditions. Last September, Hallett was charged in a three-count indictment by a federal grand jury. The charges included production, possession and receipt and distribution of child pornography.     Despite opening the night down 6-0 in the first set, the Sidney Lady Raiders volleyball team went on to even its record at 2-2 with a straight-set victory over the Sutherland Lady Sailors in Sutherland Thursday evening.     The Sidney High School football team held on for a 38-27 victory over Hastings on Friday night in its home opener at Weymouth Field. With Sidney clinging to a four-point lead with less than a minute to play and Hastings driving for the potential winning score, sophomore Coby Haas intercepted a pass and returned it 80 yards the other way for a touchdown to lock uo the win.
