    Two men face felony charges after approximately 150 to 200 pounds of marijuana were recovered in the trunk of one of the vehicles on a semi-truck car hauler that was on fire on Interstate 80, Tuesday night.     Western Nebraska Community College (WNCC) received a donation of $25,000 from Wheat Belt Public Power District Thursday at Wheat Belt's headquarters north of Sidney. The gift will support the Powerline Construction and Maintenance Technology program at WNCC's Alliance campus.     Sidney’s girls golf team finished in third behind twin city rivals Scottsbluff and Gering this week at the Gering Invitational.
