    A Sidney man's case was moved up to Cheyenne County District Court following an alleged assault that took place in the alley behind a local bar. According to the affidavit, at approximately 2:14 a.m. on July 13, a medical team was dispatched to Stewie's Bar in Sidney, where a male victim had claimed to be physically assaulted.
