    A Sidney bicyclist was transported to Regional West Medical Center in Scottsbluff Wednesday after he was clipped by the edge of a semi truck. According to the Cheyenne County Sheriffs office, a semi and trailer were headed east bound on Hwy. 30, when the driver of the semi, 40 year old David McKnight, observed a cyclist on the south edge of the road who was also east bound.     In the Cheyenne County Commissioners meeting Monday, the topic of Noxious weeds appeared on the agenda once more. Noxious weeds first appeared on the agenda in a regular meeting on July 5.     A subtle glow illuminating from simple white bags line the walking path, each one holding the name of someone who is battling cancer or of someone who has lost the fight. The glow comes from simple luminaries that not only provide a way for remembrance and thoughts, but is also one of the fundrasing opporunities used by Night of Hope Calk For Cancer.     Baseball fans watching the Americal Legion Class B Junior State Tournament at Legion Field were given a surprise Thursday when the tournament came to an end.
