    The Sidney schools are reporting better preliminary enrollment numbers than expected, according to the board of education meeting Monday. The Cheyenne County School District No. 1 Board of Education met Monday. Among the agenda items, principals reported on anticipated student numbers for the 2018-2019 school year.
