    While work has already begun on the new Sidney Outdoor Aquatic Center, city officials, community members and project workers held an official groundbreaking at the site on Friday morning.     Barry "Buttons" Dwain Madden, 63, passed away Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at V.A. hospital in Albuquerque, N.M. Barry was born August 11, 1951 in Laramie to Dwain and Ellen Madden. He joined the Army in February of 1970, he served a tour in Vietnam. He was a Wyoming boy through and through. He loved the Wyoming Cowboys and NASCAR racing.
