    City Council held its last meeting for October on Tuesday. Eddie Trower, Charter Communications Government Affairs, answered questions regarding Charter’s service within Sidney.     Peetz High School’s Bulldog football team is once again headed to the state playoffs and is set to meet a familiar foe.
