    About 20 years ago, Sen. Harry Reid introduced a resolution to the U.S. Senate leading to the creation of International Survivors of Suicide Day. He also had lost his father to suicide.     The Cheyenne County Commissioners Monday reviewed a plan to update the commissioners meeting room. Presently, the commissioners meet in a room with a few chairs, a conference table across from a table for the three commissioners and county clerk.     In a short Nov. 26 meeting, the Sidney City Council approved the purchase of a new pickup truck for the Parks Department. Parks Department Superintendent Tom Von Seggern said the Parks Department said the purchase will replace a 25-year-old 1994 Dodge three-quarter ton pickup used in the department.     The Cheyenne County Fair Board received a proposal to provide a stage and sound equipment for the county fair.
