Cheyenne County Commissioners approve an intergovernmental memorandum of understanding (MOU) pending approval from Sidney City Council and Morrill County Community Hospital (MCCH) to provide ambulatory service in the county via the purchase of two ambulances currently used by Regional West Emergency Medical Services (EMS).
