Barb Meier retires after building a successful business
To celebrate their new ownership of the Coffee Corner and Book Corner Cindy and Jason Rohm held a ribbon cutting ceremony Thursday morning with Cheyenne County Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors. Also in attendance was Cheryl Jones, assistant chamber director, Glenna Phelps-Aurich, executive director of the chamber, and Megan McGown, the community development director. The Rohms took over ownership of the coffee and bookshops Jan.1.
New owners and operators of the Coffee Corner and the Book Corner, Cindy and Jason Rohm, celebrated their new ownership by a ribbon cutting ceremony Thursday morning with the Cheyenne County Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors, as well as family and employees, in attendance.
Cindy Rohm is a transplant from Santa Barbara and was employed with Cabela’s before working at the coffee shop under its previous owner Barb Meier.
Rohm said that she had been starting to think that she would love to own a coffee shop like the Coffee Corner one day.
