Board OKs development, improvement projects

Although members of the Cheyenne County Board of Commissioners and Board of Equalization had a light meeting agenda yesterday morning, that didn’t stop them from making a decision that they expect will help create 30 full time jobs and improve the building infrastructure at Adams Industries, Inc.
