ALL-STAR HOOPS TRYOUTS
SIDNEY — Tryouts for the Sidney area Bison All Star basketball team will be held 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 10 at Sidney High School.
Male players from all area schools who will be in freshmen or sophomores in the fall of 2013 are eligible and urged to try out.
The selected team will play in a tournament against other Nebraska All-Star teams in Lincoln during the Memorial Day weekend.
The team will be coached by Erik Kohl, Ryan Plummer and Carlos Flores.
CCCC SOFTBALL, BASEBALL REGISTRATIONS CONTINUE
SIDNEY — Cheyenne County Community Center is continuing softball and baseball summer registration through April 12.
All boys and girls from nine years of age, up to Senior Legion Baseball, are eligible to register.
Also, for kids ages 14 and up who are interested in officiating soccer this summer, there will be a coaches/officials mandatory meeting Thursday, March 28 at 7 p.m., at the Youth Center at 14th Avenue and King Street.
