Coyotes top Sedgwick, Burns before falling in title game

The Potter-Dix Coyotes hosted their volleyball tournament on Saturday and beat all comers before falling in the championship game to Leyton.

The Coyotes opened up with a straight-set win over the Sedgwick County team from Julesburg, Colo. The home team's 2-0 victory included set wins of 25-23 and 25-15.

It took the host team three sets and two overtimes to dispatch Burns, Wyo. 25-21, 26-24 and 28-26.

The championship match was also close with the Coyotes dropping two staight games to Leyton 25-22 and 25-20.
