Narrow 24-17 loss to top ranked Gretna closes out memorable season

It's hard to know exactly how Class B's top ranked football team in the state viewed the Red Raiders before their quarterfinal playoff game on Friday. But there was no mistaking how the host Gretna Dragons felt afterwards.

In an extremely close game that wasn't decided until the final seconds, the top seeded Dragons prevailed over No. 8 Sidney 24-17 to advance to the semi-final round this Friday.
