Court Briefs - 12-03-13

The following people appeared in Deuel County District Court on Monday, Dec. 2, before the Honorable Derek Weimer:

Tyler Rad, age 22 of Mankato, Minn., appeared for arraignment on a charge of Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute and Possession of Marijuana over one pound. These are class III and IV felonies, respectively. He pled not guilty and a status hearing has been scheduled for Jan. 6, 2014 at 2 p.m.

Vorachit Luexayachak age 40 of Sioux City, Iowa, appeared for arraignment on a charge of Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute and Possession of Marijuana over one pound. Again, these are class III and IV felonies. He pled not guilty and a status hearing has been scheduled for Feb. 3, 2014 at 1:30 p.m.
