Creek Valley Senior High drop/add dates announced

Creek Valley Senior High Students who wish to change their schedule for the second semester may do so Dec. 11-13. This will be the only time students will be allowed to change their schedules for the second semester.

The procedure is as follows:

- Student contacts Mrs. Ford, who will give them a Class Schedule Change form.

- Student gets the teacher’s signature of class to be dropped.

- Student gets the teacher’s signature of class to be added.

- Parent/Guardian signs the form giving permission for this course of action.

- Mrs. Ford signs the form giving approval of the classes dropped and added.
