The following people appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Monday Dec. 9, before the Honorable Randin R. Roland:

Shane Carey, age 24 of Sidney, appeared, with counsel, for a pre-trial conference on charges of Second Degree Criminal Trespass, a class III misdemeanor and Criminal Mischief, a class II misdemeanor. He pled guilty to 2nd Degree Trespass and received $100 fine, plus court costs.

David Rowe, age 50 of Lodgepole, appeared for a pre-trial conference on a charge of DUI High Test 2nd Offense and Obstructing a Peace Officer. These are class W and I misdemeanors, respectively. That p...
