For The Sun-Telegraph

The Sidney Salvation Army donated 19 bags filled with toiletries, slippers and socks to Head Start families through Bell Ringing Funds. Pictured are Head Start employees, Patsy Yager, Grace Griffiths and  Project Chair Lori Borchert  for the Salvation Army. Bell Ringing Funds have helped families with food, utilities, rent and disasters. Funds have also been used to purchase car seats, finger printing kits, book bags and supplies, hygiene items, blankets, bus passes, bike helmets as well as funding numerous other projects. All money donated to the Sidney Bell Ringing campaign stays to help local families.
