The following people appeared in Cheyenne County District Court on Thursday, Jan. 23, before the Honorable Derek Weimer:
Jason Cagle, age 30 of Sidney, appeared for a status hearing on a charge of Delivery of Marijuana, which is a class III felony. He pled guilty to an amended charge of Attempted Delivery of Marijuana, a class IV Felony. As part of the plea agreement, Cagle’s other pending case for Terroristic Threats has been dismissed.
Kameron Walker, age 21 formerly of Sidney now of Arkansas, appeared for presentment on a two count charge of Distribution of Hydrocodone and a one count charge of Distribution of Marijuana. All charges are class III felonies. He asked for an attorney. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Feb. 3 at 10 a.m.
