Slow start fails to stop Sidney

Although Sidney handled Alliance in the end, chalking up a runaway 76-62 win on the road Friday night, the hosts dominated in the early going.

"They came out and hit us in the mouth," head coach Erik Kohl said.

The Raiders were able to put points on the board, but Alliance seemed to score at will. Six different Bulldogs helped the hosts forge a 23-15 lead at the start of the second quarter.
