The following people appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Monday, Feb. 24, before the Honorable Randin R. Roland:
David Pierce, age 49 of Sidney, appeared for a pre-trial conference on a charge of DUI 1st Offense and Carrying a Concealed Weapon. The charges represent a class W and I misdemeanor, respectively. Pursuant to a plea agreement he pled guilty to an amended charge of DUI 1st, a class W misdemeanor. He received 6 months probation and $600 in fines and costs.
