The Red Raiders have been installed as the second seed in the upcoming District B-6 boys tournament it was announced Tuesday morning by the NSAA.
The Raiders (16-6) will open their tournament on Mon. Mar. 3, at 6:30 p.m. against No. 3 Scottsbluff (14-8). All games in the tournament will be played at Western Nebraska Community College in Scottsbluff.
Should the Raiders get past the Bearcats, they would play for the championship on Mar. 4 at 6:30. The winner will earn an automatic bid to state.
Gering (18-5), which has earned the No. 1 seed, will play their first game on Monday, as well. The...
