Tuesday, March 4

Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in Lodgepole’s annual Pancake feed. Tuesday, March 4, 2014 5 to 7 at the Gloria Dei Lutheran Fellowship hall. Free will donation will be collected with funds going to help the family of Carson Faessler who was in a car accident last month and will be used to help pay for the medical bills from this accident.

Wednesday, March 5 through Friday, March 7

Sidney Public Schools will be dismissed at 2 p.m. Wed., March 5th and not be in session on Thursday and Friday as the Sidney Lady Raider Basketball Team is in this year’s State Tournament.

Sidney’s Cool Kids Club will start early on Wed. They will be in session on both Thurs. and Fri. at North Elementary in order to serve all area students.  Times will be  from 7:30 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. on both days. 

Registrations can be picked up at the Cheyenne County Community Center or any of the elementary school offices.  Call Coleen Langdon 249-6572 for any additional information

Friday, March 7

Knights of Columbus will be holding a fish fry (cod fish) on Fri. March 7, 2014 at St. Patrick’s Parish Hall from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Proceeds will go to Operation Rice Bowl. For more information, please call Bob Elsen at 308-249-6593

World Day of Prayer, Friday, March 7, 2014 at 12:00 noon, First United Methodist Church, 2622 11th Ave, Sidney

Friday Night Fish Fry - Everyone is Welcome! Sidney Elks Lodge, every Friday night from March 7th through April 18th - Doors Open at 5:30 p.m. More information will be available at a later date.

Thursday, March 13

Sidney High School graduating Class of 1974 will have a 40th year reunion planning meeting on Thursday, March 13 at 7 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Hillside Grill.
