Tiffanie L. Foland, 27 of Sidney, passed away Friday, February 28, 2014 at the Sidney Regional Medical Center.

Mass Services will be held at 10 a.m., Tues., March 4th in the St. Patrick's Catholic Church with Father Art Faesser officiating. Burial will follow in the Chappell Cemetery. There will be no wake services.

Friends may stop at the Gehrig-Stitt Chapel on Monday from 1 to 7 p.m.

Memorial contributions may be made in Tiff's name to the Office of Human Development.

Tiffanie L. Foland, the daughter of Joan Bell and Dale Foland, was born on July 10, 1986 at Sidney. Tiff was a true fighter, overcoming many obstacles in her life and was a joy to be around with her outgoing personality and always had a smile for anyone she met. Tiff was a devoted employee at the OHD workshop and waited with anticipation for her ride to work. She enjoyed puzzles, her babies, stuffed kittens and loved being outdoors, riding her bikes and giving hugs.

Survivors include her siblings: Susan Elsen and husband Robert of Sidney, Larry Niemann of Phoenix, Ariz., Alan Niemann and wife Vicki of Omaha, and Michael Bell and wife Carolyn of Ogallala; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members and friends.

Tiff was preceded in death by her mother: Joan and grandparents: August and Ann Borm.
