The following person appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Wednesday, March 13, before the Honorable Randin Roland:
Billy Martinez age 34 of Sidney, appeared for a preliminary hearing on an amended charge of Terroristic Threats. This is a class IV Felony. Pursuant to a plea agreement he pled guilty to an amended charge of Attempted Terroristic Threats and 3rd Degree Assault. Both are class I misdemeanors. He received 22 days in jail.
