The following people appeared in Deuel County Court on Tuesday, March 18, before the Honorable Randin Roland:

Jacob Weir, age 19 of Steamboat Springs, Colo. appeared for a status hearing on a charge of Possession of Marijuana with Intent, Possession of Hash with Intent, Possession of Marijuana over 1 pound, Possession of Hash and No Tax Stamps. Those are class III, III, IV, IV, IV felonies, respectively. He retained an attorney. He waived his preliminary hearing. Arraignment is scheduled for April 7 at 1:30 p.m.

Levi Queen, age 33 of Big Springs, appeared for presentment on a charge of Possession of Marijuana with Intent, Possession of Marijuana over 1 pound, and No Drug Tax Stamps. These are class III, IV and IV felonies, respectively. He requested counsel. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for March 25 at 10:15 a.m.

The following people appeared in Cheyenne County District Court on Wednesday, March 19, before the Honorable Derek Weimer:

Jonathon Jackson, age 19 of Dalton, appeared for a status hearing on a charge of terroristic threats, a class IV Felony. Pursuant to a plea agreement he pled no contest to an amended charge of 3rd Degree Assault, Criminal Trespass and Attempted Terroristic Threats. All are class I misdemeanors. Sentencing is scheduled for March 26 at noon.

William Jackson, age 44 of Dalton, appeared for a status hearing on a charge of terroristic threats, a class IV Felony. Pursuant to a plea agreement he pled no contest to an amended charge of 3rd Degree Assault and Attempted Terroristic Threats. Both are class I misdemeanors. Sentencing is also scheduled for March 26 at noon.

The following person appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Wednesday, March 19, before the Honorable Randin Roland:

Kirsten Block, age 22 of Lodgepole, appeared for a preliminary hearing on a charge of Theft, a class IV Felony. She pled guilty to Theft as a class I misdemeanor and received 12 months probation and a $250 fine.

The following people appeared in Deuel County Court on Thursday, March 20, before the Honorable Randin Roland:

Nicholas Swenson, age 23 of Minneapolis, Minn. appeared for a pre-trial conference on a charge of Carrying a Concealed Weapon. This is a class I misdemeanor. A jury trial is scheduled for May 30 at 8:30 a.m.

Tyson Herrick, age 26 of Ovid, Colo. appeared for a pre-trial conference on a charge of DUI 1st High Test, a class W misdemeanor. He pled guilty to an amended charge of DUI 1st Offense, also a class W misdemeanor. He received 6 months probation and a $500 fine.

Berit Golden age 26 of St. Paul, Minn. appeared for presentment on a charge of Possession of Hash, a class IV Felony. She waived the preliminary hearing and arraignment has been scheduled for April 7 at 1:30 p.m.

Samawada Issak, age 24 of St. Paul Minn. appeared for presentment on a charge of Possession of Hash, likewise a class IV Felony. She waived the preliminary hearing and arraignment has been scheduled for April 7 at 1:30 p.m.

Daniel Estrada Galvin, age 18 of Denver, Colo. appeared for presentment on a charge of Possession of Hash, a class IV Felony. He waived the preliminary hearing and arraignment has been scheduled for April 7 at 1:30 p.m.

Bryan Holmstrom, age 20 of New Berlin, Wis. appeared for presentment on a charge of Possession of Hash, also class IV Felony. He pled guilty to an amended charge of Attempted Possession of Hash, a class I misdemeanor. He received one day in jail and a $1,000 fine.

Nathaniel Way, age 26 of St. Paul, Minn. appeared for presentment on a charge of Possession of Hash, a class IV Felony. He waived the preliminary hearing and arraignment has been scheduled for April 7 at 1:30 p.m.

Jonathon Bush, age 24 of Naperville, Ill. appeared for presentment on a charge of Possession of Hash, a class IV Felony. He waived the preliminary hearing and arraignment has been scheduled for April 7 at 1:30 p.m.

Garrison Laborde, age 24 of Lafayette, La. appeared for presentment on a charge of Possession of Amphetamine, a class IV Felony. He waived the preliminary hearing and arraignment has been scheduled for April 7 at 1:30 p.m.

Eric Sickenger, age 19 of Albert Lea, Minn. appeared for arraignment on a charge of DUI-D (drugs). This is a class W misdemeanor. Entry of plea has been scheduled for April 24.

Gabriel Zajec, age 31 of Big Springs, appeared for presentment on a charge of Possession of Adderall, 3rd Degree Assault and Child Abuse. These are a class IV felony and I misdemeanors, respectively. He pled no contest to Attempted Possession of Adderall and 3rd Degree Assault. Both are class I misdemeanors. Sentencing is scheduled for April 24.

Steven Intermill, age 44 of Sedgewick, Colo. appeared for arraignment on a charge of Bad Checks, a class II Misdemeanor. He pled guilty and received a fine and restitution of $303.

The following people appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Friday, March 21, 2014 before the Honorable Randin Roland:

Brandon Terry, age 27 of Aurora, Colo. appeared for a preliminary hearing on a charge of Attempted Possession of Meth with Intent to Deliver within 1000 feet of a School Zone and Possession of Meth. These are class II and IV felonies, respectively. The State filed an amended complaint for Burglary, a class III felony. The defendant waived his preliminary and arraignment has been scheduled for April 2 at 8:30 a.m.

Wyatt Coleman, age 26 of Sidney, appeared for a preliminary hearing on a charge of Theft, a class III Felony. He waived his preliminary hearing and arraignment has been scheduled for April 2 at 8:30 a.m.
