The following people appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Monday, March 24, before the Honorable Randin R. Roland:

Lonny Buttle, age 47 of Lodgepole, appeared for entry of plea on a charge of DUI 1st High Test and Possession of Marijuana over 1 pound. The charges amount to a class W and III misdemeanor, respectively. A pre-trial conference is scheduled.

Annemarie Preston, age 26 formerly of Dalton, appeared for a preliminary hearing on a charge of Possession of Methamphetamine, a class IV felony. Pursuant to a plea agreement she pled to Attempted Possession of Meth, which is a class I misdemeanor. She received 40 days in the county jail.

Javier Campos, age 21 of Sidney, appeared for presentment on a charge of Possession of Meth with Intent to Deliver within 1000 feet of a School Zone, Possession of Meth, No Drug Tax Stamps and Possession of Drug Related Money. These are class 1D, IV, IV and IV felonies, respectively. He asked for an attorney. His preliminary hearing is set for April 4 at 9 a.m.

Matthew Mann, age 23 of Sidney, appeared for sentencing on an amended charge of Violating a domestic protection order, a class I Misdemeanor. He received intensive supervised probation for 24 months.

Bradley Palmore, age 48 of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of DUI 1st Offense and DUS. The charges are class W and III misdemeanors, respectively. He stated he would retain an attorney. Entry of plea is set for April 14.

Adrian Young, age 23 of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of DUI 1st High Test and Leaving the Scene of an Accident, class W and II misdemeanors. He stated he had retained an attorney. Entry of plea set for April 7.

Timothy Tscharner, age 25 of Sidney, appeared for presentment on a charge of Failing to Register as a Sex Offender, a class IV felony. He asked for an attorney. A preliminary hearing is set for April 2 at 8:30 a.m.

Jethro Harris, age 41 of Sidney, appeared for sentencing on amended charges of Criminal Mischief and Disturbing the Peace. These are class I and III misdemeanors. He received 18 months of intensive supervised probation.

The following person appeared in Deuel County Court on Tuesday, March 25, before the Honorable Randin R. Roland:

Susan Woolery, age 54 of Big Springs, appeared for a preliminary hearing on charges of Distribution of Marijuana within 1000 feet of a Playground and Distribution of Vicodin within 1000 feet of a Playground. In all there were 6 charges. All 6 are class II felonies. She waived her preliminary hearing and arraignment has been scheduled for April 7 at 1:30 p.m.
