The following people appeared in Cheyenne County District Court on Wednesday, March 24, before the Honorable Derek Weimer:

Jonathon Jackson, age 19 of Dalton, appeared for sentencing on a charge of terroristic threats, a class IV Felony. Pursuant to a plea agreement he pled no contest to an amended charge of 3rd Degree Assault, Criminal Trespass and Attempted Terroristic Threats. All are class I misdemeanors. He received 10 days jail and 18 months probation.

William Jackson, age 44 of Dalton, appeared for sentencing on a charge of terroristic threats, a class IV Felony. Pursuant to a plea agreement he pled no contest to an amended charge of 3rd Degree Assault and Attempted Terroristic Threats. Both are class I misdemeanors. He received 10 days in jail and 12 months probation.

The following people appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Friday, March 28, before the Honorable Randin Roland:

Deann Kimble, age 53 of Cheyenne County, appeared for presentment on a charge of Assisting Suicide and Concealing Human Remains. Both are class IV felonies. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for April 4 at 11 a.m.

Martika Biggart, age 23 formerly of Dalton, appeared for a preliminary hearing on a charge of Theft by Receiving Stolen Property, Possession of Meth and Criminal Possession of Financial Transaction Devices. The charges are class III, IV and IV felonies, respectively. Arraignment has been scheduled for April 8 at 2:30 p.m.

Robert Douglass, age 51 of Torrington, Wyo. appeared for a preliminary hearing on a charge of Theft by Deception, which is a class III felony. Pursuant to a plea agreement he pled guilty to an amended charge of Theft by Deception, a class I misdemeanor. The judge ordered a pre-sentence investigation. Sentencing is scheduled for May 12 at 9 a.m.
