The following people appeared in Cheyenne County District Court on Monday, April 7, before the Honorable Derek Weimer:

Martika Biggart, age 23 formerly of Dalton, appeared for arraignment on a charge of Theft by Receiving Stolen Property, Possession of Meth and Criminal Possession of Financial Transaction Devices. These are class III, IV and IV felonies, respectively. She pled no contest to Possession of Meth, a class IV Felony.

The following people appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Monday, April 7, before the Honorable Randin Roland:

Lonny Buttle, age 47 of Lodgepole, appeared for a pre-trial conference on a charge of DUI 1st High Test, Poss Marijuana over 1 pound. He pled guilty to DUI 1st Offense and Possession of Marijuana less than 1 ounce, a class W misdemeanor and an infraction. He received 6 months probation, a $500 fine and court costs.

Bradley Palmore, age 48 of Sidney, appeared for entry of plea on a charge of DUI 1st Offense and DUS. These are class W and III misdemeanors, respectively. He pled to DUI 1st Offense and Speeding, a class W misdemeanor and an infraction. He received 6 months probation, a $500 fine and court costs.

Joshua Feyes, age 36 of St. Augustine, Fla. failed to appear for his preliminary hearing or his bond forfeiture hearing on a charge of Possession of Hash with Intent to Deliver, Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Deliver, Possession of Marijuana over 1 pound, Possession of Hash and Failure to Affix Drug Tax Stamps. Those are class III, class III, class IV, class IV and class IV felonies, respectively. His bond of $10,000.00 has been forfeited.

Melissa Janssen, age 36 of Nevada City, Calif. failed to appear for her preliminary hearing or her bond forfeiture hearing on the same felony charges as above. Her bond of $10,000.00 has been forfeited.

The following people appeared in Cheyenne County District Court on Tuesday, April 8, before the Honorable Derek Weimer:

Yamel Rivera, age 27 of Clearwater, Fla. appeared for a pre-trial conference on a charge of Theft, a class III felony. Pursuant to a plea agreement he pled no contest to an amended charge of Attempted Theft of a class IIIF, a class IVF. He received 83 days in jail, was ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $6241.86 and court costs in the amount of $981.38.

Simal Silva Saul, age 23 of Miami, Fla. appeared for a pre-trial conference on a four count charge of Theft by Deception and Criminal Possession of a Financial Transaction Device. All are class III felonies. Pursuant to a plea agreement he pled no contest to an amended charge of Attempted Theft of a class IIIF, a class IVF. He received 64 days in jail, was ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $8669.00 and court costs in the amount of $2739.53.

The following people appeared in Deuel County District Court on Monday, April 7, before the Honorable Derek Weimer:

Daniel Estrada Galvin, age 18 of Denver, Colo. appeared for arraignment on a charge of Possession of Hash, a class IV Felony. His status hearing scheduled for June 2 at 1:30 p.m.

Susan Woolery, age 54 of Big Springs, appeared for arraignment on a charge of Distribution of Marijuana and Vicodin. Both are class III felonies. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for June 2 at 1:30 p.m. and a jury trial is scheduled for June 11-12.

Nickolas Landry, age 31 of Kearney, appeared for sentencing on an amended charge of Attempted Burglary, a class IV felony. He received 5 years probation.

Tyler Rad, age 22 of Mankato, Minn. appeared for sentencing on an amended charge of Possession of Marijuana over 1 pound, a class IV Felony. He received 5 years probation.
