Margaret Lienemann and Sue Hiett from Keep Sidney Beautiful awarded Preferred Roofing & Excavation, LLC owner Travis Arellano with the Community Beautification award. In August of 2012 Arellano purchased what many know as the old skating rink at 2032 Illinois St. and transformed the facility for retail use. The award is given quarterly to a business in Sidney.
