The following people appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Wednesday, August 13, 2014 before the Honorable Randin Roland:

George Ward, age 28 of Sidney appeared for a preliminary hearing on a charge of terroristic threats, a class IV felony. He waived his preliminary hearing. Arraignment has been scheduled for Sept. 3 at 8:30 a.m.

Louis Paster, age 22 of Alando, Florida appeared for a preliminary hearing on a charge of terroristic threats, a class IV felony. He waived his preliminary hearing. Arraignment was set for Aug. 13 at 4:30 p.m.

Zachary Buronoff, age 29 of Lexington, KY appeared for a preliminary hearing on a charge of Terroristic Threats. A class IV felony. He waived his preliminary hearing and arraignment was set for Aug. 13 at 4:30 p.m.

The following people appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Wednesday, August 13, 2014 before the Honorable Derek Weimer:

Louis Paster, age 22 of Alando, Florida appeared for arraignment on a charge of terroristic threats, a class IV felony. Pursuant to a plea agreement he pled no contest to an amended charge of third degree assault: menacing threats, a class I misdemeanor. He received a sentence of 11 days jail plus a fine and court costs totaling $400.

Zachary Buronoff, age 29 of Lexington, Kentucky appeared for arraignment on a charge of terroristic threats, a class IV felony. Pursuant to a plea agreement he pled no contest to an amended charge of third degree assault: menacing threats, a class I misdemeanor. He received a sentence of 11 days jail plus a fine and court costs totaling $400.

Brandon Terry, age 28 of Sterling, Colorado (formerly of Dalton) appeared for a status hearing on a charge of burglary, a class III felony. A status hearing was continued to Oct. 1 at 1:30 p.m.

The following people appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Thursday, August 14, 2014 before the Honorable Randin Roland:

Billy Langley, age 46 of Sidney appeared for entry of plea on a charge of DUI 2nd high test, a class W misdemeanor. Pursuant to a plea agreement he pled to DUI 1st high test, a class W misdemeanor. He received 12 months probation, two days in jail and a $500 fine.

The following people appeared in Cheyenne County District Court on Thursday, August 14, 2014 before the Honorable Derek Weimer:

Sean Gdowski, age 35 of Dalton appeared for sentencing on a charge of attempted burglary, theft by receiving stolen property and possession of methamphetamine, all class IV felonies. He received a sentence of 30-90 months incarceration at the Department of Corrections.
