Many of the 19 area employers and 11 local organizations that took part in The Happening, the Cheyenne County Chamber of Commerce's first career fair, counted the event a success. The Happening took place at the Legion Park shelter house and drew many potential employees from outside Sidney, said Chamber Director Glenna Phelps-Aurich.
"Some ran out of applications," she said.
