The following people appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2014, before the Honorable Randin Roland:
Cynthia Grant, age 39 of Sidney, appeared for presentment on a charge of distribution of marijuana, a class III felony. She requested an attorney. Preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 2 at 9:15 a.m. Bond set at $100,000 with 10%.
Cynthia Grant, age 39 of Sidney, appeared for presentment on a charge of Possession of Hash, a class IV felony. She requested an attorney. Preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 2 at 9:15 a.m. Bond set at $25,000 with 10%.
Jesse Tafolla, age 24 of Sidney, appeared for presentment on a charge of Possession of Hash, a class IV felony. He requested an attorney. Preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 2 at 9:30 a.m. Bond set at $25,000 with 10%.
Jamie Holtz, age 28 of Sidney, appeared for presentment on a charge of distribution of marijuana, a class III felony. He requested an attorney. Preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 2 at 10 a.m. Bond set at $100,000 with 10%.
