Local Poolplayers Advance to National Championship

Jason Buettenback and Amy Miller, both from Sidney, will advance to the American Poolplayers Association’s (APA) Jack & Jill 8-Ball Doubles National Championship after winning the Jack & Jill 8-Ball Doubles tournament held recently in Sidney.

Once in Las Vegas, the duo will compete for a share of over $25,000 in prize money including the 1st place purse of $3,500.

Players that advance to the APA National Championship receive paid entry fee, a generous travel allowance and complimentary lodging at the Riviera Hotel and Casino, site of the APA National Championships.
