Cheyenne County Government Day

The Cheyenne County American Legion was presented with a check from the Cheyenne County Ladies Chamber from the Dress Down Day program to help with the expenses of the American Legion Cheyenne County Government Day held last week. Jack Bruns, the American Legion District Four Commander, left and American Legion Cheyenne County Commander Jerry Steele, right, receive the check for $862.10, from Margaret Lienemann and Diane Scott. Students from Sidney, Leyton, Potter-Dix and Creek Valley high schools participated in the day-long project.
