Sidney woman charged after alleged threats

A Sidney woman was arrested and charged with terroristic threatening and tampering with a witness – both felonies – after an alleged shouting incident outside the Cheyenne County Courthouse.

Misty D. Beutler, 32 of Sidney, faces the two counts following her arrest on Jan. 22. She is due back in court on Feb. 5 for a preliminary hearing.
