BOYS' BASKETBALL ROUNDUP: Creek Valley falls to top seed in playoffs

Although fifth-seeded Creek Valley High (6-13) was eliminated from the D1-12 subdistrict tournament by the No. 1 Dundy-County Stratton Tigers (15-9), the Storm didn’t go quietly.

After taking a 15-11 lead after the first quarter and staying within two at the half, the Storm fell victim to a strong Tigers’ third quarter in a 55-45 loss at the Auditorium in Ogallala on Tuesday night.
