The following people appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Monday, March 9, 2015, before the Honorable Randin Roland:

Kent Egging, age 51 of Gurley, appeared for entry of plea on a charge of DUI 2nd High Test, a class I misdemeanor. He indicated he’d retain an attorney. Entry of Plea continued to April 27.

Antonio Sanchez, age 31 of Illif, Colo., appeared for a preliminary hearing on a charge of Terroristic Threatening and 3rd Degree Domestic Assault (prior conviction), both class IV felonies. The State filed a motion to dismiss the case due to insufficient evidence to support a conviction.

Corey Speer, age 44 of Sidney, appeared for a pre-trial conference on charges of DUI 1st, Refusal of a Chemical Test, Resisting Arrest and Obstructing, a class W, W, I and I misdemeanor; respectively. He pleaded not guilty. Pre-trial conference set for April 23.

Martin Couch, age 44 of Lodgepole, appeared for a pre-trial conference on a charge of DUI 1st, a class W misdemeanor. Pre-trial continued to April 13 at 9 a.m.

Corbin Coomes, age 25 of Sidney, appeared for a pre-trial conference on a charge of DUI 2nd High Test, a class W misdemeanor. He pleaded guilty to a DUI 1st Offense: High Test, a class W misdemeanor. He received 12 months probation.

Troy Bayne, age 44 of Sidney, appeared for sentencing on an amended charge of 3rd Degree Assault: Menacing Threats, a class I misdemeanor. He received 18 months Intensive Supervised Probation and a $500 fine.

Kimberly Wittrock, age 42 of Sidney, appeared for a pre-trial conference on a charge of 3rd Degree Assault: fight by mutual consent, a class II misdemeanor. She pleaded guilty to an amended charge of Disturbing the Peace, a class III misdemeanor. She received 18 months probation.
