A health fair will be held Saturday, April 25 from 7-11 a.m. at the Cheyenne County Community Center. Sidney Regional Medical Center and 9 Health will host the annual health fair, blood screenings and other health-related screenings. Contact Tammy Meier at (308) 254-5073 for more information.

The “Colorful Peetz Fun Run” will be held Saturday, April 25 at 9 a.m. Options for a 5K or 1-mile route. The cost is $25 for adults, $15 for ages 5-17 and free for 0-4 year olds. Registration at http://www.active.com/ and search for Peetz.

Circle the Wagons Dance will be at the IOOF Hall in Gering.

The Cheyenne County CASA will present “A Night of Music.” This fundraiser event will feature local talent. Tickets are available for purchase. All proceeds support the children of Cheyenne County. FREE Class on “Meditation for Practical, Creative Living” at Sidney Public Library, 1112 12th Ave., on Tuesday, April 28, from 11 a.m.-noon. Instructor Sunamita Lim has been meditating daily since 1980. Techniques include: breathing, visualization, music, chanting, focusing on objects and nature meditation.
