Mother’s Day snowfall possible

While temperatures crept into summer-like weather earlier this month, rain and colder climates have dominated this week’s forecast.

Temperatures for the rest of the week are predicted to drop below the 50s. On Mother’s Day, you can expect snow, rain and wind with temperatures as low as 25 degrees.

According to the Cheyenne, Wyo., Weather Forecast Office, the reason behind the rain and cooler temperatures is a powerful system moving from California.
