New book about Lincoln opens eyes about Obama

Dear Editor,

“With Malice Toward None” is the title of Jack Levin’s new book. This quotation is from Abraham Lincoln’s second inaugural address when the termination of the Civil War was in sight.

“With firmness in the Right as God gives us to see the Right, let us strive on to finish the work we are in: to bind up the nation” wounds: to care for him who shall have borne the battle, and for his widow, and his orphans – to do all which may achieve and cherish a just and lasting peace, among ourselves, and with all nations.”

These are words of Abraham Lincoln following his second election to the Presidency of our great nation.

This book is barely 30 pages long with superior photographs of the battles, prayers, speeches and plans for some of the campaigns. The preface is written by his son, Mark, a humorist and conservative radio host from upper Vermont.

Contrast this presentation with that of President Obama and his record of deceit, obvious untruths, programs against the Christian religion and his Muslimism. Abraham Lincoln remarked that both the North and the South prayed to the same God, yet he was determined that any new State entering the Union would not admit slavery in that state.

Again from President Lincoln, “God grant us the right to do the right as he taught us to see the right.”

May we see the restoration of this mission to reclaim our debt ridden Republic in the near future.

Dr. C.J. Cornelius

For the roughly 9 millionth time, Obama is not a Muslim, as much as you'd like him to be. It's frustrating and sad for our town that the Sun Telegraph continues to publish these letters when their so uninformed.
