The following people appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Monday, June 22, 2015, before the Honorable Randin Roland:

Kevin Maes, age 22 of Potter, appeared for a pre-trial conference on an amended charge of theft, 3rd degree assault: fight by mutual combat and disturbing the peace, a class II, II and III misdemeanor respectively. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered.

Timothy Tscharner, age 29 of Potter, appeared for presentment on a charge of violation of sex offender registration act, A class IV felony. Preliminary hearing set for July 6 at 2:30 p.m.

Brittanie Yack, age 29 of Lodgepole, appeared for entry of plea on a charge of DUI 1st High Test, a class W misdemeanor. Pre-trial conference set for July 27.

Atinot Staman, age 28 of Sidney, appeared for a pre-trial conference on a charge of false reporting, obstruction and theft, a class I, I and II misdemeanor respectively. She pleaded no contest to an amended charge of false reporting and theft. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered. Sentencing set for Aug. 10.

Corey Speer, age 40 of Sidney, appeared for sentencing on a charge of resisting arrest and DUI 1st, a class I and W misdemeanor. He received 18 months intensive supervised probation, $1,000 in fines and 37 days in jail.

Wyatt Coleman, age 28 of Sidney, appeared for a preliminary hearing on a charge of possession of methamphetamine, a class IV felony. Pursuant to a plea agreement, he pleaded guilty to an amended charge of attempted possession of methamphetamine, a class I misdemeanor. Sentencing continued to July 2 pending the outcome of his District Court case.

Lynn Cranford, age 29 of Sidney, appeared for presentment on a charge of possession of methamphetamine, a class IV felony. She requested counsel. A preliminary hearing was scheduled for July 6 at 3 p.m.

Clint Younger, age 30 of Sidney, appeared for presentment on a charge of possession of methamphetamine, a class IV felony. He requested counsel. A preliminary hearing was scheduled for July 6 at 3:30 p.m.
