Even if you're not in the best shape of your life, there are still ways most people will be able to participate in the Dash for the Splash.
For the second straight year, the Sidney Regional Medical Center will hold the Dash for the Splash triathlon this Saturday as a fundraiser to benefit the Sidney Swimming Pool and Deadwood Trail Expansion projects. The debut event last year raised more than $2,000, and the organizers expect an even larger donation this time around.
