Apparent fight in car leads to death of Sidney man in Wyoming crash

A single-vehicle crash in Wyoming last week resulted in the death of 34-year-old Sidney resident Daniel T. Poole.

The crash occurred on July 29 at about 10:35 p.m. on Interstate 25 approximately seven miles south of Douglas, Wyo. Poole was the front-seat passenger in a 2002 Ford Explorer driven by his wife, 28-year-old Brittany Poole.

Daniel and Brittany Poole were reported to be arguing while traveling north on I-25, according to Sgt. David Wagener of the Wyoming Highway Patrol. At one point during the argument, Daniel Poole reached over and jerked the steering wheel from his wife, police...
