Deaf and Hard of Hearing office opens in Scottsbluff

The Nebraska Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing now has an office in Scottsbluff.

Field Representative Brittney Graham is the NCDHH representative for the Scottsbluff and Western Nebraska area.

Previously, Gov. Pete Ricketts approved the budget for NCDHH to include a request to reopen a full time presence in Scottsbluff.

Prior to a full-time position, the office’s field representatives in Kearney, Lincoln and Omaha were making to the western part of the state to assist and advocate. Since January, nearly 300 people in the 11 western counties. Have received assistance.
