The annual Yuma (Colo.) Arts Association Show, Exhibit and Sale will be held Oct. 2-8 at the First Presbyterian Church in Yuma. Anyone can enter art as long as it is ready to display or as a 3-D piece for a table or the floor. You may bring up to 10 additional items to sell. Enter from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Oct. 2 at the Presbyterian Church, 110 W. 4th Ave., Yuma. Halloween Candy Buyback

2015 will be held on Monday, Nov. 2nd from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. at LifeSmiles of Sidney located at 1040 Old Post Road, (308) 254-7171. Trade your Halloween candy for Money and Fabulous prizes!!! Open to kids age 2-12. Candy must be new and in its original packaging. $1 per pound up to 5 pounds. Candy will be donated to the troops through Operation Gratitude. Support our troops!
