The following people appeared in Deuel County District Court on Monday, Oct. 5, 2015, before the Honorable Derek Weimer; Jonathon T. Stellar represented Deuel County as a Special Prosecutor:

Jason Vogt, age 30 of Chappell, appeared for a first hearing for a probation revocation on a charge of distribution of methamphetamine, a class III felony. He admitted to the allegations contained in the motion to revoke probation. Judge ordered an updated PSI. Sentencing set for Oct. 19 at noon.

Robert Keuter, age 48 of Brule, Neb., appeared for sentencing on amended charges of two counts of attempted distribution of marijuana, both class IV felonies. He received three years probation.

Samawada Isaak, age 26 of St. Paul, Minn., appeared for sentencing on amended charges of attempted possession of methamphetamine, a class I misdemeanor. She received 12 months bench probation and was ordered to pay a $500 fine.

The following people appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Monday, Sept. 6, 2015, before the Honorable Randin Roland:

Valente Acosta-Simental, age 54 of Sidney, appeared for presentment on a charge distribution of methamphetamine, a class II felony. Preliminary hearing set for Oct. 22 at 10:30 a.m.

Antonio Flores, age 44 of Sidney, appeared for presentment on a charge of distribution of methamphetamine, a class II felony. Preliminary hearing set for Oct. 22 at 11 a.m.

The following people appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Tuesday, September 6, 2015 before the Honorable Randin Roland:

Mark Lohman, age 30 of Pine Ridge, Wyo., appeared for presentment on a charge of theft, a class IV felony. Presentment continued to Oct. 16 at 8:30 a.m.

Mark Lohman, age 30 of Pine Ridge, Wyo., appeared for arraignment on a charge of criminal trespass, a class II misdemeanor. Arraignment continued to Oct. 16 at 8:30 a.m.

Theodore Sobbott, age 35 of Sterling, Colo., appeared for a preliminary hearing on a charges of possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a school zone and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, a class IC and ID felony respectively. Preliminary hearing occurred and case was bound over to District Court. Arraignment set for Oct. 13 at 10 a.m.

Jeremey Lohman, age 31 of Sidney, appeared for a preliminary hearing on a charge of possession of hashish and possession of a deadly weapon by a prohibited person, a class IV and III felony respectively. He waived the preliminary hearing and arraignment has been set for Oct. 14 at 10 a.m.
